Low Key - 7% NEIPA (PD x PRIZM)

We’ve bumped into the PRIZM Brewing crew a few times over the last couple of years and have always been drawn to their completely chill, low-key energy. 

After plenty of shared beers, it was only a matter of time before we got one in the tanks together. So, when they hit us up to say he was coming over to London, we finally made it happen.

Low Key is a 7% zinger of a NEIPA loaded with NZ hops. The hot side is all Nelson Sauvin, including a ‘hop dip’ of Nelson SubZero Hop Kief for a deeply saturated, tangy tropical base. A hefty dry hop of Nectaron and Peacharine piles on wildly aromatic stone fruit, juicy nectarine and sweet citrus.
