TAPROOM TEAM MEMBERS

At Pretty Decent Beer Co. we brew modern and progressive beer while ensuring we do our bit for the community through every pint we sell! With the opening of our new taproom we are looking for vibrant and like-minded individuals to join our small, but growing, team. We are currently looking for Part-time team members to join us.

The Role:

• Providing customers with a warm welcome and great service at the bar.
• Helping create an atmosphere that is inclusive and welcoming to everyone who comes in.
• Keeping the Taproom tidy and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Opening and closing the venue safely and securely.

Who we are looking for:

• Friendly and enthusiastic people who are keen to get stuck in and open to learning.
• Someone who is confident and proactive in being able to work on their own at times.
• A team player who can communicate well with colleagues and customers.
• Customer service oriented and able to provide knowledge of the beer and brewery to customers where required. 

What We Offer:

• London Living Wage of £13.15 per/hour.
• Training and knowledge so you are up to speed on all things beer.
