Charity

At Pretty Decent Beer Co, we’ve always believed in using beer as a force for good. Until now, that’s meant donating 1% of our revenue to charities and causes we care about, supporting everything from local food banks to mental health initiatives and organisations which help women gain employment.

This year, we’re taking a different approach - one we think will raise even more money for great causes.

Instead of donating cash, we’re donating beer. At least 2% of everything we produce (approx 3,000 litres) will go to venues and partners who will use it to fundraise. We think this could double the impact - raising over £50,000 across the next year.

Here’s how it works:

We provide the beer for free, and in return, venues and partners commit to raising at least the sales value of that beer (£250 per keg or £100 per 24-pack) for a local cause. This could be through an honesty keg (where people pay what they want for their beer), or another creative approach - just as long as the fundraising goal is met.

Want in? Anyone can apply to use our charity beer fund. Just fill out this form, and we’ll take it from there.
