A soft, tropical celebration of all things Simcoe. Big Lychee on the nose, clean but fruit taste. Light and refreshing. Simcoe we love you!
IMPORTANT : Gluten has been removed as part of the brewing process and is <20ppm. We produce the same beer as always using malt (wheat, barley), and then introduce Clarex® (also used to reduce the chill haze in beer). This protease enzyme degrades the gluten to levels below the 20 ppm threshold so it is gluten free but still tastes the same as always!
Good to know
We ship in boxes of 12 or 24 cans. The minimum order for beer is 6 cans to make sure the cost of shipping and logistics is sustainable. There’s no minimum order for merch-only purchases.
