A single hop pale ale built entirely around Freestyle's Nelson Sauvin 'Bliss Process', grown at their Nelson Lakes farm in New Zealand. Rather than betting on one perfect harvest day or pick window, Bliss blends hops picked early in the season with hops picked late, so you don't have to choose between the two sides of Nelson. You get the spritzy white wine notes from the early pick and the lush tropicals from the later one. Basically Nelson's Greatest Hits, all killer no filler!
