We brewed this NZ Pilsner in tribute to the man who whittled, from NZ Rimu Trees, the best bottle opener we used in 2018. A light, crisp refreshing pilsner brewed with Nelson Sauvin hops giving a white wine twist. 

Hops: Citra, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin
