To celebrate the incoming arrival of the new NZ hop harvest, we’ve put together a little love letter to our two favourites – Nelson Sauvin and Motueka – in the form of a three-course Duck à L’Hop tasting menu: two single-hop showcase Pale Ales, followed by a NEIPA that blends the pair together.

For the full effect, we recommend trying them side-by-side so you can really taste each hop doing its thing before seeing how they play together.
