We teamed up with our friends at Fillybrook for a stout borne out of a love for all things chilli, smokey and stout!
Our pal Smokey down at Homies on Donkeys tried to bring us back some Ancho Chillies from Mexico - but turns out declaring a shed load of chillies in a post-Brexit world is a no go....what a world!
Instead he sourced the finest Anchos in London for us - we've brewed this dry stout with a bag of Beech smoked malt, and conditioned it on Agave and a few kilos of Ancho.
Mezcal Stout for the win!
