Naming a beer can be difficult but our ideas come from a variety of places; including the name of a TV chef who came into the taproom, accompanied by a TV production company, whose actions provided a not-particularly noteworthy anecdote. Which we then used to squeeze yet another beer name out of when inspiration was running low. 

Mick Fine* is a hazy, full bodied pale ale
